There are four basic personality types known as D, I, S, and C behavior.

The Science of Human Behavior crosses over from the secular to the sacred and vice-versa. All truth is divine, whether it is from science or the Scriptures.  Every created thing and fact is divine.  Even science is sacred, but most scientific truth is not found in the Bible.  Just because a scientific fact is not found in the Scriptures does not mean it is true or not.  We should sift everything we learn from science through the grid of spiritual truth to see if there are conflicts.  If so, we should guard against believing everything "so-called" science says is true.

The 4 Temperaments and DISC Model of Human Behavior was first discovered outside of the Bible, but is still reliable because it doesn't contradict spiritual truth and has passed the Scientific Method test.  Looking at Human Behavior Science from a biblical perspective is also very practical and powerful to live a more healthier and happier spiritual and secular (sacred) lives.  

To better understand Human Behavior Science we must start by asking: What is the DISC model?  The DISC Model of Human Behavior describes the four basic temperament types: Choleric (D-type), Sanguine (I-type), Phlegmatic (S-type) and Melancholy (C-type). Everyone is a blend of DISC behavior. No normal person has a bad personality. It's what you do with your DISC personality that may be good or bad. Identifying your DISC personality blend/s is vital to effective leadership and relationships.
