Placing and Networking Members into ministry is very practical and powerful.
There are several assessments and programs designed to help churches place
and network members. One of the most important features of any program is

membership involvement and finding a place for every member is extremely
important for every church. Teaching members how to avoid and resolve
conflicts is also imperative, because most of the problems in the church
today are not theological, but relational.

enlightening. Both motivations must be understood. Personality insights by
