Your spiritual gifts are reflected in the way you think, feel, and act with a special enablement and endowment from God. Just as there are different gifts of the Spirit, there are also different people doing different work for the Lord. No Christian has been given all the spiritual gifts of God. One person may have one gift and another person will have a totally different gift. The key to gaining the maximum benefit from your spirtual gift is learning not to want someone else's gift, but instead to be content with the gift that God has given you and to realize that you need others in order to operate fully as a part of the body of Christ.

Every person is important. Each one of us is needed because everybody is somebody in His body! In Ephesians, Paul writes that we are "fitly joined together" with "every joint supplying to the needs of the body" (v. 4:16). For those who already have a personal relationship with God, I pray you will learn more about the filling (controlling) power of the Holy Spirit. The bottom line is God mastering our giftedness, rather than our giftedness controlling us.
My desire in writhing thi article also, is to help you learn more about human behavior science from a biblical perspective.
Human behavior science, in a nutshell, studies behavor that is observable and predicable.
Having been won to Christ through scientific confirmation of the Bible, I'm not afraid to search for truth outside of the Bible. Believing all truth is God's truth, I know true science will never contradict His Word. But we must be careful in our search.
Human behavior science is very appealing to humanists. However. Humanism, which celebrates the importance of man, is not biblical. God, not man, is most important in life, and in order to live this life the way God intended, we must guard against any so called science that places man in position that is not only above God, but is at the center of life.
