Basic Certification is usually conducted at a church or hotel, or through a one day Conference Call from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST. If you participate in the Conference Call Training, you will receive your materials in advance, including a PowerPoint Presentation to follow during the training. The day before the conference call is scheduled, we will email you a conference call number (not an 800 number) and pin number. You will call approximately 5 minutes before the training begins. Once completed you will receive a certificate stating you are a "Certified Human Behavior Consultant," and 30% discount on most resources ordered.
