Basic Certification is usually conducted at a church or hotel, or through a one day
Conference Call from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST. If you participate in the Conference Call
Training, you will receive your materials in advance, including a PowerPoint Presentation
to follow during the training. Once completed you will receive a certificate stating you are
a "Certified Human Behavior Consultant," and 30% discount on most resources ordered.
