...I would definitely recommend this to everyone, being that we all deal with people in the course of our day in some way, and cannot avoid implementation of interpersonal skills.
I deal with clients and service agents on a daily basis, and am able to use the skills I learned at the seminar to "read" or feel things in the person I'm dealing with to effectively assist them. I'm sure that these tools could be used in a corruptive or manipulative fashion, but I also know that this has just helped me to let people know that I empathize with them in their various situations, and I am able to communicate with them in a fashion that goes beyond business and the issues at hand.
In my present position, I cannot sponsor an event by myself, being that I am not a huge community influencer or leader at this point, but I know that if I knew of an event held in Honolulu, I would definitely promote it with anyone I knew to give them the opportunity to gain skills for dealing with others and understanding how to build relationships with their own personalities and those of the people around them.
On a spiritual note, the course has been invaluable to me for dealing with myself and any efforts I make to take up my cross and die daily for Him. I struggle with issues and values all the time, and the knowledge I gained at the Uniquely You seminar allows me to have one more vantage point of wisdom against my sinful nature and attacks from the evil one. It also allows me insight into the lives of the people recorded in the scriptures and to see more of who they were behind the writings.
