The offer:

Schedule a Discover Your Giftedness Seminar by August 31st for any available date throughout 2005 on a Love Offering Only basis. The fee per person will be waived. You will only have to invest $300 - $800 total for the materials, travel, lodging and meals.

Normally, the fee would be $3,200 for a guarantee of 100 people, but you can now have a seminar for any number of people with just a small investment.

Below is the information about Seminars and what you will learn. The per person fee will be waived if you schedule your seminar for any available date throughout 2005. (See above for more details.)

Uniquely You will pay for all travel, lodging, materials, and honorariums if the church will simply promote and register a guaranteed number of people to attend the seminar. You can literally have a seminar in your church with no obligation, other than a reasonable guaranteed number of people to attend. Why are we making this offering?

The objective of all Uniquely You Seminars is for everyone to discover their natural and supernatural motivations for the purpose of getting involved in ministry, plus staying involved by learning how to avoid and resolve inevitable conflicts. You may choose which list of spiritual gifts (7, 9, 16, or 23) to profile your members during the seminar.

Formats:

There are two popular formats to choose from:
(1) Saturday morning (9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.) or
(2) Sunday afternoon (any time for 3 1/2 hours)

Dr. Carbonell, Dr. Ponz, or one of their associates will come for any size group.

The standard fees are:

You may have another Uniquely You certified presenter, other than Dr. Carbonell or Dr. Ponz for 40% less than the guarantee above (if schedule permits).

For example: If you guarantee 50 people attending at 40% less than the regular $70 per person, you can have a DYG Seminar in your church for only $42 per person. We pay for all travel, lodging, materials, honorarium, and expenses.

Your church does not have to pay anything out of its budget. The people who attend pay the fee and the church gets over $1,000 in materials and training absolutely FREE!

Some churches subsidize half or a portion for more members to attend. There are numerous benefits in sponsoring a seminar in your church. You will receive the most up-to-date consulting, plus hundreds of dollars in free training and resources.

Bonus: Sponsor a seminar for your organization and receive your choice of a FREE Specialist Training session at a future site and date. See the Specialist Certification Training page for more information and a list of the 6 sessions available. Certification Training provides advanced instruction for those serious about improving their effectiveness. Once you complete training, you will become a "Certified Human Behavior Consultant / Specialist," qualified to conduct training for ministries or businesses, plus be allowed to order Uniquely You Resources at greatly reduced rates. Uniquely You Training is a must for churches desiring to grow and improve their effectiveness.

We can show you how to reach your attendance goals with our "Strategies and Procedures to make your seminar a great success" free manual. We will also mail promotional materials to 500 - 1,000 churches in your area inviting them to participate, plus list your seminar on our web site.

Discover Series (A Life-Time of Purpose Bases Covered Plan) or Something More Certification Training

We are also offering specialist Discover Series (A Life-Time of Purpose Bases Covered Plan) or Something More Certification Training for those who want to conduct these seminars. Training seminars can be conducted on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays at most of the locations where we have already scheduled our Discover Your Giftedness Seminar or Certification Training.

The Discover Series (A Life-Time of Purpose Bases Covered Plan) and Something More Certification Training will be conducted at the same time and location (different room) by either Dr. Carbonell or Dr. Ponz, while the other one is conducting the DYG churchwide seminar (Saturday or Sunday) or the One Day Certification Training (Monday).

Discover your Giftedness

Our most popular seminar thus far has been the "Discover Your Giftedness" churchwide seminar, but you may want to have us conduct any of our other seminars. Our newest and most exciting seminars are the Discover Series (Bases Covered) Seminars. These seminars are designed by former pastors and proven church leaders with your church's needs in mind. They are also reasonably priced for your members to afford. Your church also doesn't have to pay anything out of its budget. All expenses come out of what the people pay to attend.

For every additional seminar you sponsor in the Discover Series, your church will receive a 5% discount per person. In other words, sponsor all 6 seminars and your church will receive a 5% discount on the second seminar, 10% discount on the third seminar; 15% discount on the fourth seminar; 20% discount on the fifth seminar; and 25% discount on the sixth seminar. For example your members can attend the sixeth seminar for only $24 per person with your guarantee of 100 or more people attending. You can actually have an entire quality 18 months (one seminar every 3 months) and take your congregation from start to finish. This first-class discipleship ministry will take your congregation from Discover Meaning & Purpose / Warm-up Circle Starting Right all the way around the bases to Discover Magnifying God / Pitcher's Mound.

If your church budgets only $8,500 per year for only two years, you can have all 6 Discover Series Seminars (calculated on a guarantee of 100 people per seminar). Our experience has found that a good discipleship / assimilation ministry will result in numerous more volunteers and leaders that will save your church from adding 2 or 3 full-time staff members to handle your growth.

You may also want to conduct your own seminars using all 6 Discover Series Starter Kits for a total of only $495, plus your investment per person for the individual profiles. This is a great way to save on your investment, but keep in mind that having an expert in this training and these resources is worth the extra. More people will probably attend when you have a guest trainer, plus your congregation will develop a growing anticipation for the following seminar when each seminar is conducted by one of our experienced and excited presenters. Sponsor a Something More Churchwide Seminar For Members

With our Ministry Involvement Survey that identifies if members are "Spectators," "Investigators," or "Participators," plus the Uniquely You Change Indicator that helps churches and their members prepare and adapt for more healthy change!

This new seminar is a great introduction and pre-launch of an assimilation or networking ministry, plus it is a tremendous follow-up for those who have already completed their spiritual gifts and / or personality profiles. It is designed specifically for those who need "something more" to make that vital commitment of getting involved in the ministry of their churches and "grow" from giftedness toward godliness.

Our Discover Series (A Life-Time of Purpose Bases Covered Plan) and Something More Profiles are simple to use and easy to understand tools that will take less than 30 minutes to administer the questionnaires. You will then have as much time as allowed to teach its results and practical application. You can take a small or large group through in 1 - 3 hours depending on how much you want to teach and apply.

Something More Seminars can be conducted on any week night, Saturday mornings, afternoons, or Sunday afternoons in a 3 hour format. Dr. Mels Carbonell, Dr. Stan Ponz, or one of their Certified Trainers will conduct the seminar.
