1) Discipleship Specialist (DISCS)

For organizational leaders responsible for the discipleship and spiritual growth/health needs. Once you complete our one day Basic Certification, the Discipleship Specialist Training (second day) will give you the tools and credentials to develop proven programs that work worldwide. This training will show you how to use our 'Bases Covered' Plan to improve your efforts.

2. Church Assimilation Specialist (CCAS)

For Pastors, Ministers of Education, Assimilation, and / or Lay-Involvement, plus volunteers desiring to develop a result-oriented program to get more members involved in the ministry of the church. This two day Certification Training will fine tune your personal skills from just understanding spiritual gifts and personality types to implementing a proven plan to improve your churchąs spiritual health.

3. Leadership Training Specialist (CLTS)

For individuals interested in developing their personal leadership skills, plus imparting these highly effective habits to others. This Certification Training will take your understanding of the basic 4 DISC personality types to a higher level for developing leaders who will in turn develop other leaders. If you desire to learn more about the multiplication principles of 2 Tim. 2:2, this training is a must.

4. Wellness Dynamics Specialist (CWDS)

This new Certification Training focuses on how to develop Wellness Programs for religious and business groups. Every church and company needs a wellness program to improve their membersą and employeesą physical, emotional, and mental health. It is not training on the specifics of nutrition, but rather implementing the program that will teach others about their general health and wellness.

5. Human Relations Specialist (CHRS)

For Pastors, Therapists, and Lay Counselors interested in focusing on how to use personality profiling and identifying giftedness to improve relationships and enhance personal well-being. This seminar is a must for every task-oriented individual who struggles with the 'people problems' of life. Becoming a Human Relations Specialist will open more doors of opportunity, plus establish more credibility.

6. Human Behavior Consultant (CHBC)

This is the general overview of Certification Training that will equip you for many different consulting and coaching opportunities. It is specifically designed for those who want a good starting place of learning Human Behavior Science from a biblical and business perspective. Everyone who attends this One Day Certification will receive this most popular training, plus have their choice of Specialist Training the following day.

All locations will offer the Human Behavior Consultant Training
Getting started right by understanding peoplesą motivations
Establish guidelines and boundaries to maximize work
Deal with difficult people and winning the war of words
Turn bad attitudes into productive actions
Understand how the DISC Human Behavior Model works
Become recognized as an authority on normal behavior
Get invited to conduct training and consulting

Additional Info:

Everyone who attends the Specialist Training will have their choice of the breakout session offered above. The Church Assimilation and Human Behavior Consultant training will be offered at all locations, while the other four Specialist Trainings will be at specific locations. There is not an additional cost for the Specialist Training if you register for both the Basic and Specialist Training or for all 3 sessions - Basic, Specialist and Advanced Training. Alumni of our Basic Certification Training may reattend the Monday session for only $75. If you are an alumnus and only want to attend the Specialist (Tuesday only) Training, your investment will be $129, and the cost of any optional resources. You can also receive your choice of a Transparency Master's Notebook or Facilitator's Manual for conducting the Specialist Training you choose.
